Thelia Mead spent two decades serving in and supporting the most complex organizations in the world. She began her career in the United States Army, where she developed the systems thinking, operational discipline, and mission-clarity that would define every engagement that followed.

That foundation carried her into roles that few consultants can claim: Communications Division Manager at the White House Communications Agency — supporting the U.S. President, Vice President, and White House staff. Senior consultant to the FBI on workforce planning and intelligence human capital strategy. Senior Policy and HR Advisor at NATO in Naples, Italy. Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security.

Every environment was different. The problems were always the same: brilliant people, solid strategies, and operations that couldn't scale because the manual work never stopped.

In 2017, Thelia founded StrategyLINC Consulting to bring that operational experience to small businesses and government contractors. For six years, she helped organizations improve their processes, develop their people, and sharpen their strategies.

In 2023, she made a decision that changed everything: she repositioned StrategyLINC entirely around AI-enabled operations — because she saw, firsthand, that AI was the most powerful tool she had ever encountered for closing the gap between strategy and execution.
